Hollywood Producer, Creative Director, and Promotional Writer working in both creative marketing and original production, whose main job purpose is to attract millions of eyeballs to projects. Clients are major Television Networks and Film Studios: CBS, NBC/Universal, FOX, FX, Discovery, Elevate Films, Lifetime, National Geographic, Sony Studios, Awaken.com, etc.
My career in television progressed quickly. Out of the gate, I was hired at NBC in New York at the famous "30 Rock” working on shows like David Letterman, and in Video Tape Operations where I began learning the highly creative world of post-production.
Next stop, over to cable where I cut my teeth promoting Networks like National Geographic and A&E. At Discovery, I began producing and directing short pieces, traveling with my crew to various parts of the U.S. I also produced a short series for them — an academic championship filmed in New Orleans for which we garnered a Cable Ace nomination.
A quick stopover in sports to produce high-end technical elements for CBS Winter Olympics. My crew and I traveled around the French Alps and actually shot on film, not video. Before GPS in cell phones, there was me with a map navigating around Austria speaking high school French.
Then Hollywood called. Moving to L.A., I went back into creative marketing where I honed my skills as a Writer/Producer promoting primetime shows for CBS, Fox, Lifetime, The CW, and some major film Studios. This is when I learned how to distill story down to the head of a pin.
While at Fox, I worked on the reality show The Rebel Billionaire with Richard Branson, a $26 million dollar production. Working as Location Editor with multiple cameras shooting daily, I traveled with the largest reality field crew ever assembled, on the road for four months in England, Africa, and the U.S.
My extensive background and skills in post-production have broadened my expertise as a Live-action producer, both in branding and marketing, and in producing content for companies like Elevate Films which included work on a full feature docudrama, The Shadow Effect, as well as several short films and documentaries.
That’s the crib notes on me. I currently work as a Creative Director for high-end boutique entertainment agencies putting out well-crafted media pieces for clients like FX, Sony Television, 20th Century Fox, and others.
I endeavor to use my creative powers to help shift our world towards the "Light Side of the Force."
